Commenting on the alliance, Mr. Thomas Lee, President

validated what GSI already knows to be an immediate
need in the global market place. In short, the requirement
to reduce corporate expense along with the recent decline

in a cost effective manner. As the innovative leader
in convergent IP technologies, GSI is well positioned
to work with TCS to deliver cutting edge solutions that
enhance corporate communications and reduce expense.
